Acacia honey
Nyírség Méz Kft. processes acacia honey produced in the Nyírség region, which is characterised by a special savour. Acacia is a tree species typical of this region; this honey is considered a particularity even within Hungary. This is one of the most popular types of honey among our clients.
Flower honey
For the mixed flower honey, bees collect nectar from a variety of flowers. Depending on the types of flowers, this results in several different peculiar flavours and colours ranging from golden yellow to light brown. This type is very popular for preparing cakes.
Rape honey
This honey is made from the nectar of the oilseed rape, the earliest flowering plant. Owing to its creamy texture, we recommend this one to those who are fond of creamed honey. Ideal for breakfasts.
Milkweed honey
This honey is made from the nectar of the common milkweed, which is a wild plant. Milkweed honey is characterised by a particularly strong aroma and spicy scent; this is the gourmets' favourite.
Organic honey

For the retail industry, we offer honey in jars, bear-shaped and other plastic flasks, with a filling weight of 100 g to 1 kg. These packaging types are made for retail stores and are aimed at directly reaching consumers.
Honey in plastic buckets
For the food and bakery industry, we needed to provide an easily manageable packing, therefore the company offers honey in plastic buckets with a filling weight of 10 to 25 kg.
